Design
We partner closely with our clients to bring initial concepts to life. Our team collaborates to refine the vision, exploring design iterations, materials, and production methods to ensure the design aligns with brand identity, budget, and target audience. We have extensive experience working with a wide range of materials and techniques, from demi-fine jewelry to fashion accessories. During this process we will establish & deliver:
• •Photoshop, Illustrator & 3D CAD design
•Material selection (Brass, Stainless, Vermeil, PVD & waterproof, precious metals, gemstones, sustainable options, Sterling, entry price-point options)
•Product positioning & market trend analysis
Sourcing + Development
Once the design concept is finalized, we create tech packs and start the prototyping process with our extensive supplier network. Our global network of suppliers + manufacturers allows us to source high-quality materials, including waterproof and sustainable options. We prioritize ethical & sustainable sourcing, working closely with certified Prop 65 & REACH suppliers who meet industry standards.
We ensure the original design intent is brought to life using the proper materials & processes, while achieving desired margins. We rely on our strong relationships with our vendor partners, thus being able to offer the best possible quality and price. During this process we will deliver:
•First prototypes & mock ups
•Selections of base materials, custom findings and clasps, beads and other material options
•Costing and associated margins based on desired retail price points & MOQ
Production + Supply Chain
With years of experience in the industry,
we’ve assembled a curated vendor base across the globe with each supplier being the best in their region. Once samples are approved & orders are placed, our team delivers the finished goods with careful quality control processes implemented to ensure consistency and precision. Our vendor base has worked with leading jewelry brands including Pura Vida, Jenny Bird, House of Harlow, Carolina Herrera, Dean Davidson, Love AJ, Lele Sadoughi & more.
